Roadrunner Healthcare, LLC is seeking an Admissions and Scheduling Coordinator to manage care coordination and caregiver schedules across Albuquerque and surrounding areas in a private duty home health setting.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a patient-focused approach. Responsibilities include coordinating care, covering shifts, admissions, and caregiver training. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach
• Basic understanding of health and safety guidelines
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting 50 lbs or assisting with mobility
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and manage the schedules of caregivers and patients within a private care setting.
• This position will cover Santa Fe, Espanola and surrounding areas.
• Develop and maintain personalized care schedules with families and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure shifts are adequately covered, and that caregivers have the necessary information and resources to provide high quality care.
• Solve problems quickly and respond to issues related to caregiver availability, patient needs or scheduling conflicts.
• Work after hour shifts and weekends as needed; perform duties as a caregiver and Home Health aide in emergencies.
• Assist with admission documentation for new patients and assist with hiring and training of new caregivers.
• Must have reliable transportation.

We currently have a Admissions and Scheduling Coordinator position available in, Albuquerque NM. This will be for our private duty home care.

Job Description
