Job summary

Roadrunner Healthcare in NM is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support clients in their homes and community settings across Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, Española, and nearby areas.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor comfort and safety, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, respectful care for elderly, disabled, or recovering clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication and compassionate approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Administer medications as directed and support mobility or transfers.
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, cleaning, and home organization.
• Monitor and document changes in clients’ health or behavior and report concerns to healthcare professionals.
• Assist with mobility exercises or physical activity.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Keep accurate records of client activities, progress, and care provided.

Job Description

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregivers to support clients in their homes or healthcare settings. In this role, you will assist individuals with daily living activities while ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well‑being. You will work with elderly clients, individuals with disabilities, and those recovering from illness or surgery, providing both physical and emotional support.
