Trinity Health At Home – Muskegon is seeking a Scheduler to coordinate Home Health visits, aligning client needs with qualified clinicians and maintaining continuity of care. You will manage schedules across multiple disciplines and locations, ensuring timely admissions and proactive communication with patients and care teams.
The role requires strong communication, medical terminology understanding, and proficiency with Outlook/Excel/Word.
