Job summary

Attentive Angels Home Care is seeking an ambitious Home Care Sales Specialist / Community Liaison to expand our presence across the Midland SC area and surrounding markets. This field-based role focuses on building referral partnerships and growing our in-home care services for seniors and families.

We value proven healthcare sales professionals who can develop new business opportunities, collaborate with a high-performing team, and ensure a smooth transition from referral to service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven healthcare sales, business development, or community relations experience.
• Demonstrated success generating referrals and growing service lines.
• Experience working with hospitals, discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and post-acute care providers.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, SNFs, assisted living communities, rehabilitation centers, and other care facilities.
• Generate referrals and drive market growth through strategic sales activity.
• Conduct regular in-person meetings, facility visits, presentations, and educational sessions.
• Create and execute territory growth plans that maximize opportunities and market penetration.
• Promote Attentive Angels' service offerings and commitment to exceptional client care.
