Job summary

Right at Home Aiea is seeking a Sales & Marketing Representative in Honolulu, HI. This full-time role offers a base salary plus aggressive uncapped commission and the opportunity to build a strong referral network within local hospitals, senior communities, and healthcare providers.

You will generate new home care clients, educate families and referral partners, and attend community and senior events to grow our client base.

Qualifications

• Sales, marketing, business development, healthcare, home care, senior care, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, networking, and face-to-face sales.

Responsibilities

• Generate new home care clients through sales, networking, community outreach, and referral development.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, senior living communities, physicians, social workers, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop new referral sources and consistently follow up on leads.
• Make in-person sales and marketing visits throughout Honolulu.
• Attend networking events, community events, senior expos, and healthcare events.
• Educate families and referral partners about our home care services.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet monthly growth goals.
• Work with our care team to turn referrals into new clients.
• Represent our family-owned company professionally throughout the community.

What You'll Do
