Job summary

BrightStar Care of Richmond is seeking LPNs/RNs with GT/TRACH/VENT experience to provide home care across Richmond, Glen Allen and Midlothian. Join a team that supports flexible schedules and meaningful patient impact.

We offer full-time, part-time and PRN roles with PTO, weekly pay, and mobile time tracking. Candidates should have strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of care.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience.
• CPR certification and TB skin test or chest x-ray.
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work with little supervision.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• RN/LPN – Wound care – daily, weekly and PRN visits in Richmond, Glen Allen and Midlothian.
• RN-Infusions – home infusions with ACC lines, infusion documentation, lab draws via PICC line, infusion pumps.
• RN/LPN – Bowel & Bladder Care – 2-3 hour cases, morning or evening, for various locales.
• RN/LPN – Trach/Vent care, total care with peg tube feeding, O2 therapy – part/full shifts as needed.

Skills

RN/LPN license

Nursing experience (1 year)

CPR certification

TB skin test or chest x-ray

Driver with car insurance

Mobility/strength to lift 50 pounds
