Job summary

Independent Living For Seniors is seeking a Registered Nurse for home care in Rochester. You will conduct assessments, plan and provide prescribed treatments, and coordinate 24-hour care in patients' homes.

The role requires NYS RN licensure, a valid NYS driver's license, and nursing diploma. Preference for BSN/MSN and 1 year of frail/elderly care experience; strong benefits and tuition assistance are included.

Qualifications

• As a Registered Nurse, you must hold a NYS RN license and current registration.
• Licensed driver with a NYS driver's license is required.
• AS: Nursing is required; BSN/MSN preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care, establish plan of care and administer prescribed treatments.
• Coordinate delivery of 24-hour home care and document clinical findings.
• Assess patients regularly, supervise home care staff, and maintain records.
