Job summary

Everhome in the Grosse Pointe/St Clair Shores area is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team on a PRN basis. This role emphasizes meaningful one-on-one patient care delivered in patients' homes, with flexibility and independence.

You will provide skilled nursing visits, admissions, and recertifications, while maintaining accurate documentation. Michigan RN license and at least 1 year of home health experience are required, along with strong clinical judgment

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing skilled nursing care in patients’ homes
• Completing admissions, routine visits, and recertifications
• Educating patients and caregivers to promote safety and independence
• Building meaningful patient relationships through personalized care
• Maintaining timely and accurate documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Active Michigan RN license
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience required
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
