Everhome in the Grosse Pointe/St Clair Shores area is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team on a PRN basis. This role emphasizes meaningful one-on-one patient care delivered in patients' homes, with flexibility and independence.

You will provide skilled nursing visits, admissions, and recertifications, while maintaining accurate documentation. Michigan RN license and at least 1 year of home health experience are required, along with strong clinical judgment

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license
• At least 1 year of home health experience
• Strong clinical judgment
• Ability to work independently with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes
• Complete admissions, routine visits and recertifications
• Educate patients and caregivers for safety and independence
• Build meaningful patient relationships through personalized care
