Job summary

Everhome is seeking an experienced RN to join our Home Health team in the Brighton and Howell areas on a PRN basis. You’ll provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, complete admissions and recertifications, and educate families to promote safety and independence.

You’ll work independently with flexible scheduling, enjoying weekends and holidays off, and per-visit compensation. Join a supportive team using WellSky EMR for documentation and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
