Job summary

Everhome in the Rochester area is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a PRN home health role. Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, perform admissions, visits and recertifications, and educate patients and caregivers to promote safety and independence.

You will work with autonomy, manage your own schedule, require Michigan RN license, at least 1 year home health experience, strong clinical judgment and documentation skills, plus reliable transportation.
