Job summary

Everhome is seeking a compassionate RN to join our Home Health team in Clinton and Roseville on a PRN basis. You’ll provide skilled nursing in patients’ homes with autonomy and flexible scheduling, while preserving weekends and holidays.

You’ll complete admissions, routine visits, and recertifications, educate patients and caregivers for safety, and maintain timely documentation. Michigan RN license and 1 year home health experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience required.
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
