Job summary

Honor Health Network in Connecticut is seeking skilled and caring Registered Nurses to join our home care team. This role offers autonomy of field work, supportive clinical team, and the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships.

We offer both Full-Time and Per Diem options, with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. You will provide in-home nursing visits, assessments, education, and coordination with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut RN license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Hospital, med-surg, telemetry, LTC, SNF, or rehab accepted.
• Strong clinical assessment skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Job Summary

Both Full-Time and Per Diem roles are available.
