Job summary

Rehab at Home is seeking qualified Physical Therapist Assistants to join our home-based care team in Texas. We welcome new graduates and experienced clinicians alike, offering full-time, part-time and PRN options and a supportive, clinician-owned environment.

You will deliver therapy per plan, document progress, and communicate with patients and families under supervision of a licensed PT. Comprehensive benefits include PTO, medical insurance and retirement options.

Qualifications

Licensed from the State of Texas as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program approved by the American Therapy Association.

Responsibilities

Deliver therapy to improve patients' physical abilities per the treatment plan.
Document patient progress and communicate status to patient, family, staff and professionals.
Assist in selecting PT techniques/media and sequencing activities.
Monitor patient responses and consult with the PT for modifications.
Adapt treatment under supervision to meet patient needs.
