Role Description

The Home Care Provider role at Home Instead is a full-time, on-site position based in Casper, WY. In this role, the Home Care Provider supports older adults in their homes with day-to-day activities such as personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing), light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with mobility. The role also includes providing companionship, engaging clients in meaningful conversation and activities, and monitoring overall well-being. Home Care Providers may assist with medication reminders, accompany clients to appointments or errands, and communicate observations and concerns to supervisors or family members. The position requires consistent adherence to care plans, respect for client preferences, and maintenance of a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in home care and personal care, including assistance with activities of daily living.
