Job summary

Home Instead of the Black Hills in Rapid City, SD is seeking compassionate Care Pros to support aging adults in our communities. This role offers full-time and part-time opportunities in Rapid City, Custer, Hot Springs, and surrounding areas.

You will provide non-medical care, companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments, with paid training and benefits available.

• A current valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
• The ability to pass a Criminal Background Check and Motor Vehicle Records Check
• A smartphone
• An adaptable and willing mindset for service

Pay: $18.50-$21/hr based on qualifications

What You'll Need

• A current valid driver's license and vehicle insurance as a listed driver for the vehicle you will take for the purposes of your shifts
• The ability to pass a Criminal Background Check and Motor Vehicle Records Check

Your Role as a Care Professional

As a Care Pro, you’ll provide non-medical support such as:

• Companionship, conversation, and activities to engage aging adults
• Personal care assistance
• Light housekeeping & meal preparation
• Transportation to appointments or errands
• Medication reminders

You’ll bring dignity, connection, and peace of mind to the seniors you serve every single day (and their family members).
