Responsibilities

• Oversee operational process of home health services.
• Process payroll timely and accurately.
• Determine client program eligibility and paperwork.
• Coordinate referral intake and service plans in home visits.
• Resolve client or case manager concerns about services.
• Assist in recruiting and placing paraprofessionals.
• Coordinate staff training and communicate performance.
• Market services to potential clients and referral sources.
• Identify new markets and attend industry meetings.
• Enter employee and client data into electronic systems.
• Maintain employee records and required documentation.
