Job summary

Daily tasks include helping patients regain movement, manage pain, and adhere to prescribed at-home exercises. You will document progress and communicate with a broader care team to ensure holistic patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience with geriatrics, orthopedics, or hospital/home care settings.
• Knowledge of physiology and occupational health practices.
• Familiarity with inpatient therapy procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Help patients regain movement and manage pain.
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions.
• Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and care routines.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
