Responsibilities

• Provides patient care based on therapist evaluation and plan of care in age-appropriate manner.
• Coordinates care with therapists, team leaders, families and other health care staff.
• Documents in medical records and completes forms per regulatory policies.
• Supervises staff and students to support efficient clinical activity and quality care.
• Performs activities within scope of certification and per instructions from OT.
