Qualifications

• BLS certification within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care based on physician referral and age-appropriate assessment to plan/implement treatment.
• Coordinates patient care and clinical activities with the health care team.
• Documents in the medical record and adheres to policies.
• Supervises OTAs and collaborates with staff to ensure quality care.
• Participates in performance improvement and department activities.
