• Conduct client assessments and oversee care plans.
• Supervise and support caregivers in the field.
• Ensure quality care, client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
• Develop community relationships and support marketing/referral development.
• Support business growth while maintaining a positive, accountable team environment.
