Job summary

First Place Pediatrics LLC in Florida seeks LPNs or RNs for in-home skilled nursing. You’ll provide one-on-one care to infants, children, and adults in patients’ homes, avoiding hospital turnover and building real connections.

Enjoy flexible 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, options for full-time, part-time, or PRN, overtime and holiday pay, and paid training. Active FL license (or compact), CPR, AHCA Level 2 background eligibility, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Florida (or compact license)
• Level 2 Background eligibility with AHCA
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license or ID
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, squat, kneel, twist, reach, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Mic-Key button or G-tube experience preferred — we’ll train you if needed
• Dependable, compassionate, and a strong communicator
