Job summary

Medical Services of NWFL is seeking LPNs and RNs for in-home skilled nursing to provide compassionate, one-to-one care in patients’ homes. You will deliver high-quality nursing across ages, coordinating care with families and healthcare partners to ensure comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Florida (or compact license).
• Level 2 Background eligibility with AHCA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license or ID.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, squat, kneel, twist, reach, push/pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Mic-Key button or G-tube experience preferred — we’ll train you if needed.
