Home Heart Florida seeks compassionate RNs and LPNs to deliver pediatric care in the child's home, building trusted relationships with families in Orlando and surrounding areas.

You’ll assess and manage medications, monitor status, and collaborate with families and clinical leadership to follow care plans, with flexible scheduling and a supportive, nurse-led team.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license.
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Providing skilled pediatric nursing care in the home.
• Medication administration and treatments.
• Monitoring patient status and reporting changes.
• Supporting feeding routines and daily care needs.
• Maintaining accurate documentation.
• Collaborating with families and clinical supervisors to follow the plan of care.

Connaissances

Active Florida RN license
