Job summary

CareRing Health, LLC is hiring Home Care Nurses in Niles, Ohio. The role involves in-home care, administering meds, and documenting progress. LPN or RN license required with state credentials. Travel is involved and a valid driver's license is needed.

The position offers a starting rate for LPN at $26/hr and RN at $30/hr depending on experience, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Expect a Thursday 1p-7p shift and weekly pay with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid State LPN/RN License.
• Valid driver's license and use of automobile.
• Must read and understand Plan of Care and agency policies.
• Oasis experience required.
• Must be able to use a computer.
• Annual MUI training as dictated by Ohio programs.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication in accordance with standards of practice.
• Encourage social and rehabilitative skills and self-care.
• Perform client treatments per Plan of Care.
• Assist client in learning self-care techniques.
• Prepare clinical/progress notes documenting care.
• Monitor and report changes to Clinical Director/Supervisor.
• Promote safe, healthy environment through activities.
• Observe aseptic technique during procedures.
