Job summary

CareRing Health in Ohio is seeking compassionate Home Care Nurses to oversee the quality of care for clients in their homes. Starting LPN rate is $26 per hour and RN rate is $30 per hour, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus. The Thursday shift runs 1p-7p, and travel to clients is required.

Applicants must hold a valid LPN/RN license and a valid driver’s license. Oasis experience is preferred and benefits include health insurance and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and agency policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication in accordance with standards of practice.
• Encourage self-care and independence.
• Perform client treatments per Plan of Care.
• Document care provided in progress notes.
• Monitor client condition and report changes to supervisor.
• Collaborate with clinical team to update the Plan of Care.
