Aveanna Healthcare, LLC in Levittown, PA is seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide compassionate in-home private duty nursing care to patients and families.

This role offers flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time or PRN), with day, night and weekend shifts, and benefits including health/dental/vision, life insurance, and weekly or daily pay. You will work with a dedicated team to deliver excellent clinical outcomes and support for diverse patient needs.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• TB skin test current within 12 months.
• Six months of hands-on nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home private duty nursing care.
• Follow care plans and document patient progress.
• Collaborate with clinicians and families to achieve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
