Job summary

Saint Elizabeth Home Care is seeking an experienced Home Care LPN to deliver compassionate nursing visits across Rhode Island. This full-time role supports clients in their homes and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualified candidates hold an active Rhode Island LPN license, CPR certification, and have at least one year of nursing experience, preferably in home care; reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered LPN license in Rhode Island.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience, home care experience preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation, current clean driver's license, automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care in clients' homes across Rhode Island.

The Home Care LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse contributes to our Mission of Caring by providing compassionate patient care to our clients in their homes throughout Rhode Island. The Home Care LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse for Saint Elizabeth Home Care performs nursing visits throughout Rhode Island and is a part of a cohesive and collaborative interdisciplinary team with ample administrative support. Our LPNs are equipped with point of care devices (iPad), as well as all necessary and requested medical equipment and supplies.

Qualifications for a Home Care LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Current unencumbered LPN license in Rhode Island.
