Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Belpre, Ohio, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care in the homes of clients. The LPN will enable patients to maintain independence and perform regular visits to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualified candidates must have an accredited nursing degree and a current LPN license, as well as at least one year of nursing experience. The role offers flexible scheduling, daily pay, and other benefits including a company matched 401K.

Responsibilities

• Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.
• Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.
• Present educational in‑service trainings.
• Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current LPN licensure.
• One year of nursing experience.
• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, possess a valid driver’s license, and have appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
