Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in Mt. Lebanon, PA, is seeking a Home Care Lead to deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care at home. You will oversee and train field-based aides, open cases, and provide staff feedback to ensure quality service and safety for clients.

Requirements include at least 6 months of caregiving or HHA experience; CNA/STNA/HHA certification preferred; and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance. Flexible scheduling and daily pay options are available.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in caregiving or HHA role.
• CNA/STNA/HHA certificate preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to document notes.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assists, performs and trains patient/client and family in activities of daily living.
• Assist Supervisor by performing Supervisory visits as designated.
• Assists with orientation & training of field-based home care aides.
• Assists with opening cases.
• Provides feedback to care professionals including evaluations.

As a Home Care Lead, you will be:

• Assists, performs and trains patient/client and family in activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, grooming, nail and skin care, oral hygiene, toileting)
• Assist Supervisor by performing Supervisory visits as designated
• Assists with orientation & training of field-based home care aides
• Assists with opening cases
• Provides feedback to care professionals including evaluations

Requirements:

• Six (6) months of experience in a similar job classification (Caregiving or HHA experience)
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate, preferred
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
