Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare/home care admin or business development preferred (2+ years).
• Strong relationship-building and communication abilities with providers and families.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with local travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and referral sources.
• Coordinate daily home care office operations and scheduling with caregivers.
• Educate partners and families on services and programs available.
• Generate referrals and support census growth through outreach.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and licensure.
• Assist with billing, reports, and on-call activities as needed.
