Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete visits as scheduled and report daily to scheduler.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise attendants.
• Complete forms and attach to daily visit report, turning in within 48 hours.
• Maintain supervisor files and documentation.
• Participate in staff meetings and community relations activities.
