Homewatch CareGivers of Charlotte & Mooresville is seeking a Field Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical oversight and leadership for in-home care, bridging families, caregivers, and the care team to deliver timely assessments and measurable results.

You will conduct in-home assessments, supervise caregivers and CNAs, ensure NC regulatory compliance, monitor client outcomes, and serve as a trusted clinical resource for families and referral partners.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN/LPN license in North Carolina.
• Home care, community health, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Organized, responsive, and able to work independently.

The Field RN at Homewatch CareGivers of Charlotte & Mooresville provides clinical oversight and leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, client-centered in-home care. This role bridges families, caregivers, and the care team - delivering timely assessments, clear direction, and measurable results.
