Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, senior services, or service operations.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently and lead with confidence.
• Experience providing care for seniors or working in home care services.
• Experience managing caregivers or healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the home care agency.
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting office staff and caregivers.
• Creating a positive, accountable, and mission-driven team culture.
• Identifying opportunities to grow the business and improve efficiency.
• Building systems, processes, and workflows for long-term success.
• Representing the agency in the community and developing referral partnerships.
• Conducing in-home client consultations and safety assessments.
