Join our team as the Home Care Director also known as a Home Support Manager and take ownership of a well-established private-pay and long-term care insurance home support program serving residents exclusively within our gated senior living community—no commuting from home to home or managing a traditional community-based territory.
This is an opportunity to combine people leadership, business development, and resident-centered care while helping residents remain independent and thrive in the place they call home.
Salary range $100k-110k with eligibility for annual bonus
