Job summary

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeper for our gated retirement community in Massachusetts. The role involves cleaning resident homes and community spaces with no travel required.

Schedule includes full-time Tue-Sat 8am-4:30pm and part-time Sat/Sun 8am-4:30pm. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k with company match, onsite medical centers, PTO, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience cleaning in a residential or commercial setting is ideal.
• Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, trash removal equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member.
• Ability to safely operate Housekeeping vehicles.
• Ability to demonstrate professional and responsive interactions with residents and their family members, staff, vendors, and each other.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident’s homes in Independent Living or Resident Rooms in Nursing Home.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Community through the use of specialized equipment.
• Clean public bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, fixtures.
• Clean lobbies/living rooms including vacuuming, high and low dusting, de-cluttering, and removing trash, spot clean walls/windows/switches, baseboards, pictures, lights, HVAC vents.
• Clean classrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, white/chalkboards, tables/chairs.
• Assist with the collection, bagging, and disposal of trash, as well as replacing trashcan liners.
• Maintain carpeted surfaces, including extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming.

Join our team as a Housekeeper for our gated retirement community. All of our clients are located within our community, so no travel is involved!

Schedules:

• Full-time Tuesday - Saturday, 8am to 4:30pm
• Part-time Saturday/Sunday 8am to 4:30pm

Compensation: $19 - $21 hourly commensurate with experience
