Ethos is seeking a full-time Compliance Coordinator for our Home Care team in Idaho. The role focuses on ensuring caregiver credentialing, onboarding, and documentation meet state requirements, while supporting recruitment, clinical, and operations teams.

You will maintain meticulous records, monitor regulatory changes, and contribute to a strong compliance culture with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Healthcare or home care compliance experience.
• Knowledge of caregiver credentialing, onboarding, and documentation requirements.
• Familiarity with applicable state regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Recruitment, Clinical, and Operations teams.
