Castle Rock Home Care Inc is seeking a motivated Home Care Community Marketer to expand CDPAP and Medicaid services across Michigan. You will educate potential clients and referral sources, and help individuals access home care that keeps them safely at home.

You will build relationships with hospitals, physicians and community organizations, generate qualified referrals, and attend events to meet outreach goals. Flexible schedule and growth opportunities included.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare outreach preferred.
• Home care, Medicaid, or CDPAP experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation preferred.

Home Care Community Marketer (CDPAP & Medicaid)

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Contract

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Home Care Community Marketer to help grow our CDPAP/home care services throughout Michigan.

In this role, you will build relationships within the community, educate potential clients and referral sources, and help individuals access home care services that allow them to remain safely at home.

Compensation:

55k-70k
