Job summary

Adventist HealthCare Home Assistance seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant for in-home care in the Silver Spring area. You will provide personal care, assist with ADLs, and follow the established Plan of Care under RN supervision.

This PRN position requires MD CNA and BLS; CMA/CMT preferred. Responsibilities include coordinating with coordinators, running errands with waiver, and maintaining patient confidentiality in a home setting.

• Ability to work independently and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Keeps Client Service Coordinators informed of schedule availability.
• Provides excellent personal care to clients and follows Plan of Care.
• Maintains safe environment and provides medication reminders as instructed by RN.
• Delivers high-quality services aligned with client needs.
• Completes annual in-services and maintains continuing education.
