Interim HealthCare of Western Wisconsin is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant/Caregiver to support seniors in their homes in Hudson, WI. The role includes personal care, ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping, mobility assistance and companionship.

Qualifications

• Must have HHA certificate with 75 hr core competencies.
• CNA license required or preferred.
• CPR certification required or valid.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to seniors at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Help with ambulation, transferring and ROM exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and document changes for supervisor.
• Maintain a safe home environment and report concerns.
• Engage clients in activities to promote wellbeing.
