This position is located downtown Indianapolis at Gateway Plaza. It is a full-time, day shift role with the opportunity for hybrid work (remote and in-office) after training.
Candidates must be local to the Indianapolis area to be considered unless planning to relocate.
Join our team of 18 skilled and dedicated Dietitians focused on helping patients of all ages succeed with home tube feedings and oral supplements. Our program is unique in Dietetics, and you will learn about feeding supplies/equipment, insurance coverage guidelines, and marketing. Knowledge of or experience with pediatric and adult tube feedings or oral nutrition supplements and making formula recommendations is preferred but not required. This is a full-time, patient-facing position in downtown Indianapolis, with partial remote options.
Additionally, this role provides optimal nutrition care for inpatients and outpatients, utilizing the Nutrition Care Process, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. The process includes nutritional assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and monitoring/evaluation. The team member will also plan, organize, implement, and evaluate individualized nutrition education, precept dietetics and other health professional students, and independently order diets, supplements, and tube feedings as approved by the Medical Staff Office at each facility.
