Job summary

All About Caring Home Care LLC in Minnesota seeks compassionate caregivers to support clients in the Twin Cities area. You’ll provide personal care, companionship, and specialized care in clients’ homes.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience and shift. Full-time or part-time opportunities with day, evening, overnight, and weekend options, plus flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care, hospice, or facility setting)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Current TB test and clear background check
• Experience with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or end-of-life care
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification (not required but a plus)

Responsibilities

• Personal Care Assistance – bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, hygiene
• Companionship & Homemaker Services – light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, errands, conversation
• Specialized Care – Alzheimer’s/dementia support, hospice and comfort care, medication reminders, safety monitoring
• Compassionate Presence – ensuring each client feels respected, valued, and cared for
