Location

Serving clients across the 7‑County Minneapolis‑St. Paul Metro Area: Hennepin, Ramsey, Anoka, Washington, Dakota, Scott & Carver Counties.

What You’ll Do

As a valued member of our caregiving team, you will provide:

• Personal care assistance – bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, hygiene.
• Companionship and homemaker services – light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, errands, and conversation.
• Specialized care – Alzheimer’s/dementia support, hospice and comfort care, medication reminders, and safety monitoring.
• Compassionate presence – ensuring each client feels respected, valued, and cared for.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care, hospice, or facility setting).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Current TB test and a clear background check.

Preferred

• Experience with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or end‑of‑life care.
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification (not required but a plus).

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience, certification, and shift).

Schedule options: full‑time or part‑time, day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts; flexible scheduling; local clients close to home.
