Job summary

Piedmont Crossing, part of EveryAge, is seeking a compassionate Home Care Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care to residents in Thomasville, NC. You will assist with daily living activities, observe health changes, and report to a licensed nurse, helping residents stay safe and independent in their own homes.

Required: high school diploma or GED; current listing in good standing with the State Nurse Aide Registry; valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of all required in-services and competency evaluations.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a caring and dependable Home Care Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality in-home care services that help residents remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home.

What You'll Do

Additional Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to successfully complete competency testing as required for in-home aide duties.
• Maintain at least 12 hours of documented in-service education annually.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance strongly preferred.
• Ability to meet EveryAge's auto insurance requirements for coverage.
