Home Care Assistant/ Universal Aide, Part-time, Fulltime
The Home Care Assistant-Universal Aide is accountable for the delivery of quality home care services to the program's patients in conjunction with physician's directions, company and industry standards, and insurance guidelines as assigned by a registered nurse. The Home Care Assistant is supervised by a licensed nurse to deliver quality home care services to the patients. Universal Aides work under the supervision of the Home Care RN and Health Care Coordinator (RN) and under the indirect supervision of the Director of Activities. The Universal Aide will provide and assist participants of EveryAge PACE with activities of daily living, restorative, and supportive care. Assists with organization and implementation of activity program. Monitors health status and provides a safe environment for participants. Functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team.
