Job summary

Right at Home Torrance is seeking a Home Care Aide to deliver compassionate in-home care to seniors and vulnerable adults. You will assist with personal care, housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship in clients’ homes, building trust with families and coordinating with the care team.

The role requires a High School diploma, current TB test, and the ability to lift 25 pounds. Registration as Home Care Aide (or willingness) is preferred; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companion care.
• Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with clients and their families.
• Work closely with the care team to ensure the highest level of care is provided.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided.
