Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Create a safe environment for clients with Alzheimers/Dementia or related behaviors by monitoring health and safety.
• Assist with ADLs such as personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, bathing, and dressing.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing to maintain a clean living environment.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
• Assist with transfers and ambulation to ensure safety and stability.
• Transport clients to appointments, grocery shopping, errands, and outings.

Requirements
