What You'll Do:

• Assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classrooms
• Provide 1:1 or small-group support tailored to diverse learning needs
• Help facilitate classroom routines, transitions, and full participation
• Implement behavior support plans and adhere to IEPs when necessary
• Aid with mobility, supervision, and personal care responsibilities
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive school atmosphere
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Ability to secure all required clearances before starting

Preferred Background:

• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Skill in supporting students with autism, behavioral challenges, or special needs
• Exposure to CPI, PMT, or RBT techniques is helpful but not required
• Reliability, patience, and readiness to collaborate in a team environment
