NXT Level Care is seeking a compassionate Home Care Aide to provide non-medical in-home support in the West Covina area, with a focus on preserving dignity and independence for clients.

You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes across Mission Viejo, CA and surrounding communities, assisting with daily living activities, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship. Flexible part-time shifts available.

Qualificações

• Active California HCA registration required.
• Current TB test and CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate personality.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide mobility support and assist with transfers
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Remind clients to take medications as directed
• Report changes in condition or safety concerns to supervisor
