Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Provide joyful companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, walks, nature outings, and social outings.
• Monitor and report clients’ daily activities and changes in clients' health or behavior.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.

Requirements:

• Immediate Shifts Available! Please ONLY apply if you are current on the California Home Care Aide Registry!
• Ability to perform essential job duties, which may include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing stairs, and assisting clients with mobility.
• Able to speak, read, and write English and communicate effectively with the office team members (bilingual abilities are a plus).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (with proof of proper vehicle insurance if required for assignments).
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Tuberculosis (TB) test required prior to working with clients (within previous 90 days or within 7 days of hiring).
